Our Winner’s are…

In our Autumn edition 2012 we invited our readers to tell us in 50 words or less “What gives you joie de vivre?”

Precious Memories

Joie de vivre, for me, is living with the sentiment of France everyday in my
kitchen garden, dress, cooking, home, entertaining, language, music… The
precious memories of life in Paris as a fille au pair a decade ago are my
vie en rose”, mingled happily with my loves and life in Australia.   Sandy Baker – Vermont South, Vic
Friends and Family
The food, wine, time spent with family and friends around a meal table and daring to try French dishes gives me joie de vivre; this is the atmosphere of the French lifestyle. Margaret Seir – Crows Nest, NSW
The Vision
Standing on the street leading to the Eiffel tower; what a vision, an incredible experience. Many years prior it was a dream – I only knew of images in publications – but now I have seen with my eyes. What joy: this was joie de vivre for me.
Sally Beatrice – Essendon, Vic
